This position is responsible for providing a variety of cosmetic sales and related activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets, in accordance with Sears policies, Mission, Vision and Values. This includes: ?Using excellent customer service and selling skills at the cosmetic counter, sharing product knowledge, promote new or related products, achieve sales targets, and increase market share; ?Consulting with customers and assessing their personal needs to provide beauty/cosmetic advice and guidance, including product demonstrations; ?Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations, following up on purchases, maintaining client files, and notifying customers of up-coming events/promotions; ?Merchandising and re-stocking counter according to designated standards; ?Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of trends, new products, advancements, etc.?Organizing and implementing special event plans. Success in this role calls for good customer service and selling skills. The ideal job candidate will have completed a one-year Apprenticeship program (or equivalent) in Cosmetology or Esthetics, Knowledge of cosmetics, makeovers and esthetics and Organizational skills.
